04Onboarding checklistWe send a short checklist and set up your accounts, software and access.
05Then it is one job a monthPhotograph your paper receipts into Hubdoc. Bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax and your returns are ours.
06Ask us anythingBrief consultations are included, and we answer routine CRA correspondence on your behalf.
02 — What would we cost

What would we cost?

Five questions, and we will show you the monthly fee. Bookkeeping, payroll, GST/HST and your returns are all included.

What the all-inclusive fee covers
  • Cloud bookkeeping and general ledger in Xero, including bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Payroll administration, source deductions, ROEs and annual T4/T4A filings
  • GST/HST (and QST or PST where applicable) registration, returns and filing
  • Annual federal T2 corporate income tax return and supporting schedules
  • Personal T1 returns as counted above
  • Routine CRA correspondence and processing reviews
  • Brief tax and accounting consultations of up to 30 minutes
Quoted separately
  • Compilation engagement (Notice to Reader) financial statements, if your bank or lender requires them
  • Trust and estate returns (T3), beneficiary slips and Schedule 15
  • Charity and non-profit information returns (T3010 / T1044)
  • Specialised tax and advisory work — SR&ED claim filing, reorganisations, tax provisions and valuations
  • CRA audit, review and dispute support — objections, appeals and voluntary disclosures, quoted before we begin
  • Bookkeeping catch-up for periods before the engagement begins

Note: third-party software subscriptions (Xero, Hubdoc, Wagepoint etc.) are not professional fees. They are billed to you directly by the vendor, or recharged by us at cost.
